for the spacecraft system satisfying mission requirements.
The
Project Controller
reports
to the Project Manager and is responsible for
keeping the project on schedule.

Resource Manager
reports to the Project Manager on costs and budget.
The
Product Assurance Engineer
reports to the Project
Manager on product and assurance plan implementation.
They also report to the design team's organizational
management on product and assurance plan conformance.
Lead
Engineers
report to the Project Manager
and are responsible for providing subsystems that
meet requirements and specifications.
