Engineering Reviews A Needs Review may follow an analysis of sponsor needs, if those needs require clarification or the current ones change. A Requirements Review formalizes system and subsystem requirements to best satisfy customer needs. This may not be necessary if the requirements are initially well defined. Design Reviews look at the spacecraft system to ensure customer needs are met.
